    I have been reading Mark’s blog postings for a while now, and think he’s a straight-shooter – no promises of overnight riches, just tips to use so you can succeed with money and time.

    I have three rentals and own my own home. I haven’t bought a rental since the real estate fiasco due to the tightened lending restrictions, but want to buy more rentals now. I want to get great deals, and – biggest for me- want to figure out how I can finance them with four mortgages already under my name.

    I have learned some great strategies from this program and plan to try them out as soon as possible. One of which is to get my realtor’s license so I can see the good deals quickly!
